PACKAGING
*As we strive for utmost eco-friendliness all of our orders ship with minimal and recycled/recyclable materials.
All candles are sold without boxes or other packaging, unless pictured otherwise. *
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE
We do our best to ensure our candles make it to their destinations safely, however we understand things happen.
If your candle was damaged in shipping please contact us with a photo of the box and candle so we can get a replacement sent out immediately.Â

RETURN POLICY
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process.
To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original undamaged packaging with the RMA # and mail your return to the address provided with your RMA.Â
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.Â
Refunds.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.Â
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
